Water and Religion

According to the Internet the word Water is mentioned in teh Bible 722 times.  Have you seen our Water and Religion Exhibit at the History Center?

When we were researching the Centerville Cemetery we found this  tombstone with an anchor on it. The engraving, while faint, says  John W Carey died April 20, 1878 at age 17 yrs, 9 mo, 11 days.  He was the son of Wm J and M A Carey. There is also a large scallop shell in the cemetery used as a tombstone for the Neeley parents, as well.
