Lanterman History Village Work Day Update

Thanks to a few dedicated individuals, including Clay Atkins, Larry Curry, Kiel Price and Flossie Price, the work day at Lanterman History Village on August 1, 2015 was a success. The surrounding chain link fence that had partially fallen down and contributed significantly to the neglected appearance of the site, was  removed.

For a list of the donors and progress reports on the Lanterman History Village project see our website, under projects.   If you are facebook users, you can check out  David Burgett's facebook page, History Restored, and Clay Atkins facebook page, Lanterman History Village Bridgeport, Il.

And don't forget....we still need money.  Volunteers can only do so much.  It takes money to buy materials, and hire experts.  Please send your checks to PO Box 415 Lawrenceville, Il 62439 or use your paypal account on our website.  The roofing project should start this week, and another work day will be scheduled soon.
