DEATH—CORONER'S INQUEST.—Some days ago, a Mrs. Flowers, aged about 70 years, started from her home, in Lawrence county, Ill., six miles out on the old Palestine road, to go to the house of Mr. Miles Chenoweth, a mile or two distant from her home. She never reached Mr. C.'s, but her body was found in the swamps several days since, where she had not doubt perished. A coroner's inquest was held, and a verdict rendered in accordance with the facts above stated.

( Ed: Apparently the Weekly Western Sun got the scoop on this death and published the Coroner's verdict before the Vincennes Times even had time to publish the death.....)
